1. How private
are your parties? Everyone in this
lifestyle has questions about privacy. At Pleasures we completely
understand the need and desire for privacy. Please feel safe in knowing
that your personal information required on our membership application is never
shared with any outside organization. Pleasures will never sale, share, or
use your personal contact information other than to send your monthly
newsletters and reminders via e-mail.
2. Am I safe coming to Pleasures? Pleasures provides an onsite security guard for your safety. He can assist you at any time. If you encounter any problems at Pleasures, please notify us or speak with security. Pleasures cannot address any problems we are not made aware of.
3. What kind of people attend Pleasures? Average people like yourself! Pleasures encourages a diverse group of people from every walk of life...all age groups, races, and nationalities. We will NOT allow any sort of discrimination!

What is the age group of people that attend Pleasures?
You be must 21 years of age to attend
our parties! The age of our guests range from 20-50 and probably even
higher! One thing is for certain, your age doesn't matter! It's your
frame of mind that counts for everything. Come prepared to let your hair
down and you'll fit right in. We've never heard of anyone feel out of
place due to age.
5. Is there a dress code? Yes...Men should dress to impress! Women should feel free to dress as wildly sexy or as tastefully elegant as you wish. We encourage "theme attire" for our parties and sometimes offer a discount for such.
6. Are singles allowed to attend Pleasures? Single woman are always welcomed. Single men are limited to (10) Ten guests per party. For more information see Singles.
7. When are Pleasures private parties held? Pleasures is usually held on the 2nd & 3rd weekends of each month. There are exceptions. Please see our Calendar Of Events.
8. How do I get an invitation to Pleasures? You must complete the one-time membership application. Once received, you will be placed on the mailing list and receive our invitations. You must RSVP each invitation to be placed on our guest list.
9. Can I leave and re-enter the parties? Yes. You will be provided with a wristband that must be worn to re-enter the party. We ask that you cover up once outside the ballroom.
10. Where are Pleasures parties held? We are located in the Birmingham Area. Our parties are held in a spacious ballroom with an ample dance floor. The location of the party is enclosed in the Confirmation letter you receive once you RSVP to attend one of our events.
11. If I attend Pleasures, am I considered a "Swinger" and now have attended a "Social"? We call these the "S" words. Words that bring up visions of giant orgies and X rated movies. Pleasures instead prefers the words "Lifestyle" and "Private Parties". The term "lifestyle" encompasses many different levels of open relationships. Pleasures hosts "Private Parties" to provide a place to meet other open-minded couples for fun and dancing. It is important for us to provide an atmosphere that beginners will feel welcome.
12. Where do I find more information about the "Lifestyle"? We encourage you to visit Nasca. This site should answer any questions you have and direct you to other sites that are beneficial.
13. Are there other parties like Pleasures in the Birmingham Area? Although we consider our private parties unique, there are several other excellent clubs hosted in the Birmingham Area. Please check out our Links page for more information.
